Launching CX Roadmapping

If you want to hear future news a day earlier and get extra insight (including the juicy numbers) into how business is going, subscribe to my newsletter.

Hiya! I have a fun update for you here at CustomerSuccess.cx (my consultancy specialising in providing CX services for business-to-business software companies). Following the success of the launch of coaching for customer support professionals (I have two slots remaining at the moment, so get in touch today if you’re interested), I’m now adding another service: CX Roadmapping.

So, what is CX Roadmapping? Maybe you know that something is wrong with your customer support or customer retention efforts, but you’re not sure what that is. I can help. I’ll walk you through a detailed process that describes symptoms, diagnoses underlying causes, summarises those in a written report, and proposes solutions.

While this is a new service, it’s a process I have a vast amount of experience with. As Sasha says: “Conor is skilled and experienced in all aspects of customer success, from directly managing customers to building out our CS team. I would strongly recommend Conor as a resource to anyone looking for help building out their customer success program

And Gabi, too! “One of Conor's most notable traits is his unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction and retention. His commitment to delivering excellence in every interaction is commendable and sets a gold standard for customer service. Conor's genuine care and attention to our customers' needs have undoubtedly contributed to our team's success.”

Thanks, you two, that’s nice to hear.

Anyway! If you can think of a company that needs to start planning ahead, please send them over to https://www.customersuccess.cx/roadmapping

There’s more to come, so go and subscribe: https://www.customersuccess.cx/newsletter

Ok, that’s it for now. I have 11 days until my first marathon. If you read this far, then please add a comment to let me know the longest distance you’ve ever run and how many blisters you had afterwards (ouch). Bye!

ps: here’s my Strava, if movement is your thang (yes, I am only doing this to get more kudos).
