  2. If we’re a fit, I’ll book an introductory call where we’ll discuss the process (good thing you’re already prepared for that!)

  3. You’ll pay for the CX Roadmap service and will fill in a short research piece to give me a full understanding of your business context and problem set

  4. Then, we’ll have a Working Review call where we’ll dig into the details even further (after this point, I may need to spend more time researching the problem by interviewing your colleagues or customers)

  5. I’ll then set to work creating your CX Roadmap (while you wait, join my newsletter to hear more about my CX musings)

  6. I’ll send the CX Roadmap to you (packed with information on your unique challenges, resources, and strategic and tactical recommendations), alongside anything else that we’ve agreed I’ll include (project timelines, interview recordings etc)

  7. We’ll review all of that in our CX Roadmap Review call, to answer your questions, clarify details and confirm your next steps
